Pafivo Privacy Policy

Pafivo is an offline PDF toolbox. Documents are processed on the user's device and are not uploaded to the developer or any third party.

This policy applies to the Android app named Pafivo, package com.pafivo.app, published by Palamut. Privacy inquiries can be sent to unalmusta000@gmail.com.

Data accessed and purpose

The app accesses only documents and images that the user explicitly selects. It reads and transforms those files to perform the requested PDF operation. Filenames, document content, metadata, passwords, signatures, annotations, and generated files remain on the device.

Collection, sharing, analytics, and advertising

The app has no account system, backend, analytics SDK, advertising SDK, tracking technology, or network permission. The developer does not collect or share personal or sensitive user data. No third party receives document data from the app.

Storage, security, and retention

Generated files and local history are stored in the app's private on-device storage. Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled for app data. Passwords are held only in memory for the requested operation and are not persisted. Data remains on the device until the user deletes an item, uses Delete all app data in Settings, clears the app's storage, or uninstalls the app.

User controls and deletion

Users can delete individual generated files and local history inside the app. Settings also provides a Delete all app data action. Because the developer receives no user data, there is no remote account or server-side profile to delete.

Children

Pafivo is a general-purpose utility and is not directed specifically to children. It does not knowingly collect data from children or any other user.

Changes to this policy

If the app's data practices change, this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before the changed version is released.
